Courtney Foods Service has
stringent traceability policies throughout the entire process
including accreditation, audits, labelling and professional
training for all staff
TRACEABILITY All
products have full traceability throughout the process.
Monthly audits are carried out providing documented
evidence.
HACCP All
key areas of our business have been subjected to full Hazard
Analysis and from the Critical Control Points identified
checks are documented and recorded to ensure full quality
assurance.
ACCREDITATION To
ensure Courtney Foods Services quality systems are fully
compliant with all Irish, EU legislation and that all
processes are producing the finest quality products we
contract to an accredited and recognised independent
auditing organisation. We are Fully Bord Bia Accredited since
2005.
MICROBIOLOGICAL To
ensure the highest quality standards Courtney Foods Services
use Enfer Testing, an independent accredited microbiological
laboratory to carry out random product sampling. The results
are collated centrally using Internet technology. We have

time.
AUDITS Within the
Company Quality Manual, procedures are in place for each site
to carry out regular daily checks and full monthly audits.
External audits are always welcome and encouraged. Audits
provide useful dialogue and during the year sites may receive
weekly visits.
TRAINING
Every member of the
production staff holds Basic Food Hygiene Certificates. All
new starters receive induction training and will receive their
certificated Basic Food Hygiene training within three
months.
LABELLING
Every product leaving Courtney Foods Services site
is labelled as per current legislation and has full
traceability to the site and supplier. Labels are continuously
checked and rechecked to ensure full compliance for our
customer. |
